1. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for keeping login credentials secure. If you create an account for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that company.
2. Products and Access
ParseForge offers API subscriptions and SDK licenses. Product access, documentation, entitlements, and renewal details are shown in the customer dashboard. Access may depend on payment status, product availability, account standing, and applicable usage limits.
3. Billing and Payments
Payments are processed through our PCI-compliant payment processor. You authorize ParseForge and its payment processor to process payments for purchases, subscriptions, renewals, taxes, and customer-approved charges. Taxes are calculated where applicable and may be based on billing location and purchase details.
Subscriptions
Monthly and yearly API products may begin in a sandbox or pending activation state. When live access is activated, billing starts according to the product terms shown at purchase or activation. Returning a product to sandbox later does not automatically pause or cancel billing.
SDK Licenses
SDK products may be sold as one-time purchases. Purchased SDK access remains tied to the customer account unless access is suspended or removed under these terms.
4. Discounts and Promotions
Discount codes may be limited by date, product, billing type, customer, redemption count, or other conditions. ParseForge may reject or revoke a discount if it is expired, misused, or applied contrary to its terms.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are reviewed based on product type, account activity, payment status, and support context. Contact support@parse-forge.com for billing help. Canceling or losing access may not erase historical billing, tax, invoice, or audit records.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse ParseForge, including by:
- Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, admin areas, APIs, or systems.
- Reverse engineering protected platform components except where permitted by law.
- Using purchased products for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Interfering with availability, monitoring, billing, or security controls.
- Sharing private documentation or licensed materials outside your permitted account or organization.
7. Availability and Changes
We work to keep ParseForge reliable, but services may change, pause, or become unavailable due to maintenance, provider issues, security needs, or product updates. We may update product listings, pricing, documentation, and these terms from time to time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ParseForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for claims related to ParseForge is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service during the three months before the claim.
9. Contact
